I am a special education teacher and Dawn's podcast is one of the best I have come across. This show is one of the few that focuses on special ed teachers! Dawn has so many great ideas, strategies, and lessons for special education teachers. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who teaches in a special education classroom or anyone who is just interested in working with students with disabilities.

What I love about Be the Exception Podcast is that it is so well done. Dawn has a way with words, and she is able to make complicated topics easier to understand. She helps me as a teacher to think critically about my practice and gives me great strategies to use in my classroom.
